![]() ![]() I am going to figure out my ‘Macros’, or macro nutrients, on Katy Hearn’s website. ![]() I will plan out my meals either a day or two in advance that way I have the food items on hand. I am going to create a meal plan with a list of different options to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. When it comes to my diet, right now, it does not exist and it is the biggest thing I need to change. I have narrowed down a plan for myself and I am going to stick to it. I am now the heaviest I have ever been in my 22 years of living and I need to change. I preach to everyone about fitness and nutrition and I personally believe I am knowledgeable in this category, but my only problem is I do not take my own advice. I’ll do really good for a week or two and then I fall off and go back to my old habits. What I personally seem to struggle with when it comes to fitness is staying on track. This starts the cycle of pushing off the gym until “tomorrow”. Then you think to yourself, “I will just workout really hard all week and I’ll be fine!” Then you blink and the weekends gone and Monday has arrived and your super busy with work and school and life in general and don’t make it to the gym. #KATY HEARN MACRO CALCULATOR FULL#You think to yourself, “I went to the gym all week I deserve a Fried food in a basketīurger!” A burger loaded with toppings, a plate full of fries and a mind filled with guilt is what your left with. Everyone is eating Mozzarella sticks and burgers with egg on top, and don’t forget those nachos! You are torn between giving into the pressure of eating what you want and keeping a clean diet. Okay, let’s say you’ve been going to the gym all week and you’re feeling good and then Saturday rolls around and your friends all want to go out to eat. ![]()
